TEFL Terms of Use
By registering for a course at TEFL Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined below.
Course Duration
The course must be completed within three (3) months. It is your responsibility to be aware of the expiration date of your course. TEFL Solutions will not be responsible for any failure to complete the course within the allocated time frame as stated in the terms and conditions upon registration.

At TEFL Solutions, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of service and satisfaction with your training. We promise to respond to your queries within 72 hours and operate an equal opportunities policy.
Certificates
For students looking for an official & accredited TEFL qualification, you may order a digital certificate for a fee. Your certificate will be internationally accredited by the International TEFL Accreditation Council (ITEFLAC). Each certificate is signed, displays the ITEFLAC logo and has a unique reference number for verification purposes. *Please note that students must ensure that their name is correct on their course before ordering a certificate as the name that appears on the course is the name that will appear on a certificate. We will not change names on certificates (unless there is an error on our part) and students will have to pay for their certificates again.
*If a certificate is misplaced, a new one must be ordered at the usual fee. We do not replace certificates for free.
Course Transfer
Please note that TEFL Solutions courses are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person.
