We will only consider refunds for extenuating circumstances up to 7 days after your purchase if you have not started the course. Furthermore, if we provide a refund, it will be subject to the deduction of administration, royalties & license fees (up to 50% of the course fee). TEFL Solutions provides a transparent online resolution procedure for settling disputes.
You have six (6) months to complete the 120-hour & 180-hour course. You have 15 days to complete a short course. After a course expires, you will be locked out of your course. If you wish to continue your course after it has expired, you must pay an extension fee.
TEFL courses can be extended (for 90 days) at an additional fee of €19 for the 120-hour course & €29 for the 180-hour course.
We are committed to providing you with the very best level of service and satisfaction with your training. Most importantly, this is our commitment and promise to you when you sign up for a TEFL Solutions course. Furthermore, we promise to:
- respond to your queries or support within 72 hours.
- operate an equal opportunities policy.
- deal with any difficulties you may have with the course promptly and fairly within our office working hours – Monday to Friday.
- provide appropriate expertise and support from our administration team.
When you graduate from the 120-hour course, 180-hour course or any of the short courses, we will send you an authorized and accredited online TEFL certificate under the seal of TEFL Solutions and the International TEFL Accreditation Council. We will send the certificate to you via email. You can then print the certificate in colour on suitable high-quality paper or card.
Please note that you may request a hard copy of the 120-hour or 180-hour TEFL certificate or short course from us upon graduation for delivery via registered mail. You are liable for all costs of this additional service prior to us dispatching. We make every effort to ensure that certificates reach you within a few weeks of us receiving the order. Your certificate will be delivered via registered/sign for mail. *When ordering a hard copy of your certificate, you give permission for TEFL Solutions to pay for the postal service on your behalf. All risk associated with the non-delivery of certificates is borne by the student and TEFL Solutions will accept no responsibility (as we are acting on your behalf). Please note that we do not track the registered mail on your behalf. Please do not ask us for delivery updates as we can only see the same information as you. If an item is lost/delayed or returned to us, you will be required to pay for another delivery. *Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery (usually 4 weeks). Please contact our office if you believe your certificate delivery has been lost. You can ask us for a new certificate to replace a lost certificate for a further fee.
Change of Name
You may not change your name on your student profile after you have graduated/completed your course and have been issued with a certificate. We will only issue one certificate in the name of the student at the time of graduation. You cannot request a name change on your certificate after completing your course.
TEFL Solutions courses are non-transferable.
