Our Policies

By registering for a course at TEFL Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined below.
Course Duration
The course must be completed within ninety (90) days. It is your responsibility to be aware of the expiration date of your course. TEFL Solutions will not be responsible for any failure to complete the course within the allocated time frame as stated in the terms and conditions upon registration.
Our Commitment
At TEFL Solutions, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of service and satisfaction with your training. We promise to respond to your queries within 72 hours and operate an equal opportunities policy.
Certificates (General)
For students looking for an official & accredited TEFL qualification, you may order a digital or a physical (hard-copy) certificate. Your certificate will be internationally accredited by the International TEFL Accreditation Council (ITEFLAC). Each certificate is signed, displays the ITEFLAC logo and has a unique reference number for verification purposes.
Students are responsible for ensuring that their registration name is correct. Certificates are issued exactly as registered. All certificates are manually created. Once issued, free name changes are not offered. Any corrections require a paid reissue.
If a student loses their certificate, they must pay for a reissue.
Physical (Hard-copy) Certificates
1. Physical Fulfilment & Dispatch
Hard-copy certification packages are custom-produced on request and dispatched via registered international mail from Spain (or another EU fulfilment location).
Once dispatched, the order is considered fulfilled.
2. Tracking Information & Enquiries
All hard-copy packages are dispatched via registered mail and include a tracking number, which is provided to the student once shipped.
Tracking information is generated and maintained by third-party postal services.
We have access only to the same tracking updates visible to the student and cannot provide additional information, location details, or delivery estimates beyond what appears in the tracking system.
Please do not contact us to request tracking updates or delivery status checks, as we are unable to obtain further information from postal authorities.
3. Postal Services & Delivery Responsibility
After leaving our fulfilment centre, packages are handled by third-party postal services, including international and local postal authorities in the destination country.
We do not control, and cannot take responsibility for:
Once the package enters the destination country, delivery is the sole responsibility of the local postal service.
4. Contact Details & Delivery Attempts
The student’s provided delivery address and contact number are printed on the envelope to assist local postal services.
It is the student’s responsibility to:
Failure by a local postal service to contact the recipient does not constitute grounds for refund or replacement.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Items
We do not offer refunds for:
These outcomes are beyond our control and are an accepted risk of international registered mail.
6. Reprints & Reshipments
If a student requests a reprint or reshipment for any reason (including lost, delayed, or returned items), this may be offered at our discretion and will incur:
Fees will be quoted on request and must be paid in full before reshipment.
7. Refund Policy (Hard-Copy Products)
Due to the custom, physical, and labour-intensive nature of hard-copy certification products:

This applies regardless of delivery outcome.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a hard-copy certification package, the student confirms that they:
Apostille, Legalisation & Authentication - Limitation of Liability
If you require a certificate that must be formally authenticated or legalised for official use, we strongly recommend that you seek an alternative provider whose certification specifically meets those requirements.
TEFL Solutions does not provide, administer, facilitate, supervise, or assume responsibility for any apostille, legalisation, notarisation, authentication, embassy attestation, or related document certification services.
Any reference to third-party service providers is provided strictly for convenience and informational purposes only. Such providers operate independently and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, controlled by, or acting on behalf of TEFL Solutions.
Engagement with any third-party provider is undertaken entirely at the graduate’s sole discretion and risk. TEFL Solutions shall not be a party to, nor responsible for, any agreement, contract, payment, communication, documentation submission, or transaction entered into between a graduate and any third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEFL Solutions expressly disclaims all liability, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, reputational, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with:
Processing times, delays, or missed deadlines
Fees, additional costs, or fee increases
Document rejection, refusal, or non-acceptance by any authority
Changes in government, FCDO, embassy, consular, or country-specific requirements
Errors, omissions, negligence, or misconduct by any third-party provider
Loss, damage, misplacement, or non-return of documents
Employment delays, withdrawal of job offers, or loss of opportunity
Any financial or consequential loss arising from the authentication process
Graduates remain solely responsible for confirming the legalisation or authentication requirements of their intended country of employment prior to initiating any process.
Nothing in this clause creates any partnership, agency, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between TEFL Solutions and any third-party provider.
Refund Policy
No-refund Policy Certificates
All certificate purchases are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a certificate has been purchased and issued.
Due to the nature of digital products, once a certificate (digital or physical) has been generated, processed, or delivered, the product is considered received, used, and non-returnable.
By purchasing a certificate, you acknowledge and agree that:
Digital certificates are delivered instantly and cannot be returned
Physical certificates are custom-produced on demand
Administrative processing begins immediately upon purchase
Refund requests based on change of mind, purchase error, or personal circumstances will be refused
We operate a strict no-refund policy on all issued certificates.
Before you Purchase, please ensure:
Your name is spelled correctly
Your course requirements are fully completed
You have selected the correct certificate option
Errors made during checkout by the purchaser do not qualify for refunds.
Legal Exception: Refunds will only be considered where we are legally required to do so or where the certificate has not yet been issued.
Course Transfer
Please note that TEFL Solutions courses are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person.
